These terms govern your use of Bookifai (“the app”), operated by Rabee Qiblawi. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. Contact: rabeeqiblawi@gmail.com.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Bookifai.
• Give accurate account information and keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Your books

Only import e-books you have the right to use. You keep all rights to your books and content; you give us permission to process them solely to provide the app's features to you (for example, sending passages to an AI model to answer a character chat). We don't claim ownership of your content.

AI-generated content

Character chats, stories, recaps and analyses are generated by AI. They are fictional, can be inaccurate or incomplete, and are for your personal entertainment. Don't rely on them for facts or advice.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no attempts to break or overload the service, get around usage limits, access other people's data, or use it to create unlawful content.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until you cancel in your store account settings. Refunds follow the store's policies. Plan features and usage limits are described in the app and may change; we'll give notice of material changes.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Bookifai running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using Bookifai at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing us. See the privacy policy for how your data is handled.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.
